About the project
Over nearly a decade at the 2 × 800 MW AP Genco plant in Nellore, KVK Industries delivered a broad engineering package for Tata Projects — pipe racks, bunker cells and hoppers with stainless-steel liner fitting, and the heavy structures of the turbine-generator building.
The scope extended to EOT crane girders for the CW pump house, 4-metre-diameter MS pipe work, heavy MS piping and, with BGR Energy, the heavy conveyor structures that feed the plant.
